Founded in 2002 by Jamie Rondeau, we achieve results by providing practical, results-based services in core areas of organizational and talent development including: learning strategy identification/development/execution, performance consulting, curriculum assessment and design, instructional design and development, and (global) facilitation services.

In addition to bringing our practical expertise to the table everyday, we also play well with others! Our end-clients are primarily Fortune 100 organizations; however, we are often brought in to partner with other consulting firms to help them execute their consulting engagements because of our specialization.
